Beautiful bread cutting board, a real eye-catcher. Unfortunately, one groove is a bit uneven/rough in one place, as if a small piece of wood had broken off during production, I suspect caused by a knothole. It would have been nicer without this spot, so it loses one point.
Marco Hekler (store manager) –
Dear Kerstin,
Thank you very much for your great review and your criticism. We measure ourselves by that! For our bread cutting boards, we like to use a somewhat wilder oak. It's quite possible that the groove cutter didn't cut off a piece of branch nicely. We should have noticed! Let us know if we need to make any improvements and we'll take care of sending it back to us :-).
Best regards
Mark
