Ich hatte gebeten, ob man in die Oberfläche des Brettes, kleine Vertiefungen einfräsen könnte, die genau den Standfüßen des cookit entsprechen. Um ein Verrutschen auf dem Brett zu verhindern. Dies wurde aber nicht gemacht. Ich wurde auch nicht angerufen und informiert, dass dies nicht möglich ist, oder mit einem finanziellen Mehraufwand verbunden ist. Ich hätte auch dafür mehr bezahlt. Ich fand es schade, dass nicht einmal mit einer kurzen Nachricht darauf reagiert wurde.
